*A Team Webinar will be conducted for participating teams highlighting important info for the event.  Teams are encouraged to participate live in order to answer any questions they may have.  Call-in details will be emailed directly to State Reps and Teams.

  • Hotel accommodations for all teams are selected by the State Associations based on the regional hotel draw.
  • Additional information will be provided by your State Associations closer to the event date.
  • Teams must use their allocated hotels through their State Associations and may not secure their own hotel room outside of this process per Region II Presidents Cup Rules & Policies Rule 501.

Event Information:

  • Team Bag Pick-Up: Team managers must pick up their team's bag at the complex lobby located in Headquarters between 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM on Thursday, June 15.
  • Official Event Merchandise: Official event merchandise will be sold by pre-order and on-site.  Teams are encouraged to pre-order.  Items ordered on-line will be shipped directly to the address provided on the order.  Please note online orders are not available for on-site pickup. [ORDER TODAY]
  • Official Photographer: All Star Action Photography will be the official photographer for the event.  All teams that register will get a FREE 12"x18" Vinyl commemorative event banner with their roster and team logo in the design.  All Star will also be offering PRE-ORDER Discounts on Team Packages and Individual orders.  If you have any questions, please contact them at 248-477-9500.   • Practice Field Availability:  Practice fields will be available at the Scheels Overland Park Soccer Complex in 90 minute blocks per half field only on Tuesday, June 13 and Wednesday, June 14 between 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM.  To reserve, contact Mike Laplante []
  • Athletic Trainers: Complimentary taping services will be provided.  Please bring supplies for taping.
