US Youth Soccer Announces Best XI for 2012 Thanksgiving Event

Casa Grande, AZ - The ODP Boys Regional Team Coaches confirmed the best eleven for the 2012 event.
After a tough event for the 1999 and 1998 Region II teams, the Regional Team Coaches from all four regions met to put together a "Best XI" list that recognizes the top performers from the weekend.

2012-2013 US Youth Soccer ODP Boys Region II Travel Kicks off:

 
The Fall/Spring travel for the Region II Teams will start with the Thanksgiving Interregional at Casa Grande Sports World in Casa Grande, AZ, November 22-26, 2012. The 1999 and 1998 teams will face off against the other Regional Teams for bragging rights. 
 
The 1995 and 1996 Teams will compete against the other Regional Teams in Birmingham, AL, December 6-9, 2012 at Sicard Hollow Athletic Complex. This Interregional will be played at the same time as the NCAA College Cup. The players will be attending the Final Four Games. 
 
The next weekend, December 13-16, 2012, our 1997 Team will travel to IMG Academy to play an Interregional Event with the addition of a Team from the Bermuda FA and Bermuda School Sports Federation and a U17 South African Academy Team. They will play in a showcase style and will play against one of the two international teams.

   This video features an interview with US Youth Soccer Region II and Kentucky Youth Soccer Director of Coaching Adrian Parrish, as well highlights from the final games in Coast Rica. Virginia Friendlies Schedule
     The US Youth Soccer Region II ODP-Boys Older and Younger teams will travel to Virginia on Thursday February 23rd to compete in the Virginia Friendlies Tournament hosted by Virginia Youth Soccer Associaton. The Region II 1998-Older Team will compete in the U15 age and the 1998-Younger Team will compete in the U14 age.
US Youth Soccer Region II 1998 Teams Virginia Friendlies Rosters Announced
     February 23-26, 2012 the Region II 1998 Older and Younger teams will travel to Williamsburg, Virginia to compete against other state and Regional ODP Teams in the Virginia Friendlies, held by Virginia Youth Soccer Association.

2012 Costa Rica Tour Roster Announced

     US Youth Soccer Region II Boys ODP will be sending the 1997 team to compete in an Event in February. The boys will compete against a number of teams from Costa Rica, participate in local sightseeing activities and engage in a community service opportunity. 
    
2012 Winter Interregional held at the IMG Complex in Bradenton, FL Region II Roster Announced.

     The US Youth Soccer Region II Boys ODP 1996 team will be competing in an Interregional Event January 26-29, 2012. The team will play against the other Regions.
2011 NCAA Showcase Rosters and Schedule 
    Birmingham, Alabama is the location for the 2011 US Youth Soccer ODP Boys NCAA Interregional Competition. The teams from all four Regions will clash in friendly competition and will also have an opportunity to attend the NCAA Final Four College Cup games.
2011 US Youth Soccer Thanksgiving Interregional Schedule
    The Region II Boys ODP 1998 and 1997 Teams will meet and compete against the other Regions in Chula Vista, California. The event will be held at the Olympic Training Center.

2011 US Youth Soccer Thanksgiving Interregional Teams Announced
     The Region II Boys ODP 1997 and 1998 Teams will travel to Chula Vista, California November 24-28, 2011 for an Interregional Event. US Youth Mens National Teams will also be in attendance for extra competition.
