Each state team is allotted 8 rooms (6 doubles + 2 Kings) at the assigned hotel for the tournament dates. There are three players per room and 2 staff people per room. A rooming list must be emailed or faxed (email is preferred) to the contact name listed above and on the hotel rooming list no later than 3 days prior to the starting date of the tournament. If your rooming list is received in advance, your group can check into your hotel DIRECTLY without having to first complete the Regional check-in process. Please mark staff rooms with asterisks (after room number). Each state is required to leave a credit card for all incidentals. There is a very limited number of rollaways available and they will be given on a first come first preference priority. Please indicate your request in the comments section of the rooming list.
Note: Roll aways can only be used in a King room as they are considered a fire hazard in a double room.
The hotel has blocked rooms according to these instructions and will place state teams and their staff in close proximity to each other for supervisory purposes. Submission of your rooming list as soon as you have your team finalized will assist the hotel in securing your rooms and any special requests.
Any additional rooms requested by a state association must be made directly with the hotel and secured with a credit card. No rooms are available for family members or friends; the room block may only be used for state association teams and their staff.
